We can invoice in GBP, Euro or USD and will be based on the live currency conversion rate. All delegates (even if EU VAT registered, or outside EU) must pay VAT because EU VAT rules stipulate that VAT for Events is charged on “place of supply”. UK and EU VAT registered companies should apply for a refund via their national VAT office to the Maltese authorities. Rates shown are per delegate and subject to 18% VAT charge.
